Harbord Property have been involved in residential property for 23 years, starting with managing HMOs in West London in 2001 and acquiring our 1st property in Leytonstone London in late 2002 and converting into a 5 person HMO.

We have since gone on to become portfolio Landlords acquiring and developing residential projects including straight refurbs & more complex conversion to HMOs, undertaking land subdivision projects, dealing with probate, stopping repossessions, and assisting vendors with complex properties. In addition we manage a portfolio of HMO properties for landlords via our sister company Caledonia Lettings.

We have been involved in residential property for 17 years, starting with managing HMOs in West London in 2002. We have helped and worked with a variety of sellers, from those experiencing separation, negative equity, probate and even threat of repossession. We also partner with existing Landlords and lease their properties ranging between 2-7 years.

Our background

Our principal is a certified project manager (PMP) with corporate experience in project delivery in the residential and commercial property sectors. Since graduating as a Civil Engineer he has worked in the construction, property and Telecom sectors, delivering 100s of projects involving the acquisition of property, management of town planners and solicitors and controlling of build contractors.



Track record

Projects in the property sector mean putting together and managing a diverse team which includes surveyors, agents & sourcers, builders, brokers, solicitors and last but certainly not least investors. Our track record has always been about offering creative solutions which are both financially viable and offer great security for our investors.
